Bible Study

This small informal group meets at 10:00 a.m. on Mondays in the Murphy Room for about an hour (or more if we’re in the middle of a good discussion!) to read and discuss the Bible. Beginning in 2022, the group decided to begin at Genesis, and work through the Bible, book by book. (We are now into the Gospels.) There is no “homework’ — we each bring our own version of the Good Book and take turns reading a chapter, then raising questions (solved by footnotes, reference books, or Google) and sharing our observations.

Anyone is welcome to join at any time, as we meet year-round, except for holidays. There is no “leader” of the group, but anyone wanting more information can contact nancyhamilton@roadrunner.com.
